not too commom a portage anymore...2 feet of the left wall, taking your last stroke on the right. if you run the tunnel rapids, which are two of the best rapids on the run, then you are committed to running this baby...

Funny how hardcore folks were walking this for quite a while, and now your a wuss if you don't run the left with a smile.

See that boulder peeking out from the foliage in the upper left corner of the photo? Yeah- the one covering part of the lower end of the Big Log. Since the 2009 floods that boulder has been pushed up against the center boof, blocking it. Now you pretty much have to run the left line.

...and the left line is SWEET! It has that kicker rock halfway down that bucks you up in the air!
