Stebbins is still good to go. Some wood in various places, but still worth the effort. The first pitch in Tsunami has a piece of wood in it that makes it unrunnable. I didn't run Lethal Injection, but two in our group did and made me wish I had. Zoom Tube is all mangled with wood as well. The hike in is easy and took us about 50 minutes. If your in the area and the water is up, this would make a great weekend trip to combine with Hagen and the NF Washougal.
