Doesn't look to be sunny and warm on the West side this weekend.  Anybody interested in Tummy-tum-tum Sat/Sun.  I'm pretty sure that's where I'll be with the usual suspects.

Mike did you do the upper cispus last weekend? I was thinking of trying to call around on that ...

sigh- that's the only bummer about guiding all summer- it's a big bummer actually- missing out on the weekend plans.

UU Cispus or U Cispus?
I hear the Upper Upper is in good shape right now, Flow-wise.
I'd like to get back in there and drop that Beautiful Behemoth!

Yeah, too bad you ain't all jazzed on the White Salmon, James. Maybe this winter-- you gotta come tap into the Truss at about 3' or more. It's the gourmet goods.

Believe me I am jazzed up and itching , but it takes a solid weekend and I have been a sat only boater for most of the summer.

I was proposing the uucispus just got lazy with the extra U.

Anyone interested in heading out to the cispus on sat?

No, we didn't get down to the UUC.  Just laps on Ohane which was goodside of low.  One no portage run!  Elbow room is a pretty sick rapid.

UUC as already mentioned is more woody than usual so be heads up.

Btw, JP we be missing your light-hearted river rants... hope the work is paying the bills, and look forward to seeing you out and about 'up here' again this fall.  You are coming back to Seattle, eh?

Now back to the bumwater goodness....

I'm down with the Tum. Maybe the Arts Festival won't get too wet after all.

this is not the uuc thread... duh, there is another thread that's going for that homeslice...

This is the BUMWATER thread... and it's strictly a sticky for that chunk of cheese.

Couch surfers run around 11.  No waterfalls or super hucks just standard plain old flat water between the flat low water rapids.

Harms, Domestic Engineer is TOTALLY a job. Don't let Beth tell you otherwise. That was a cute line you had through POW yesterday, too.
