I posted a few pictures of Howell is the gallery.  This is a feature that comes in on the Missouri River in St. Louis.  The wave / hole is created by a low water bridge, but it is super sweet. There are only about 10 kayakers in the state who will boat it, unfortunately.

The spot is kind of dangerous though.  I have seen full size oak trees rumble down the river.  You know, 3' across, 60' long with a big ole rootball.  Keep yer eyes peeled!

Hope the water and weather is good in the PNW.

-Gordon

great, the river is leveling off right under 200k!
