The cooper is showing that it's running. Any know if it's accessible and any interest in tappin it?

It is about 2 weeks old now but seems to suggest that the road to Cooper Lake is open but then indicates that the Cooper River trail is inaccessible due to snow. Who knows what that means. Good luck!

The Cooper road is open to put in with 4wd and most likely all vehicles next weekend. Low flows this weekend but still good and clean at the moment with a log sneak at one of the smaller ledges.
