I hear Callaghan is out, the upper cheak might be in and if its not you can always hit the lower run. I think the Ashlu is where most of the action is going to be.

I am in squamish now.  I would paddle anything not totally flooded.  Been having to make do with climbing.  D1 and Brad need to get back up here.  Ashlu has been over 0.7 lately.

Anyone in canada now paddling creek-like runs?

I have no idea what .7 means.
is that high medium or low? also, do you know where to get a route topo for Angel's Crest?

Judge the level for yourself, griz.

Topo?  I am still a bit new to climbing--getting my first pro this week.  Don't know all the climbs here.  If simply using google does not work, I suggest you look on squamishclimbing.com or mountainproject.com or rockclimbing.com.

I will try to paddle this weekend locally.  Today looks like rain, but now only a sporadic drop or two is falling.  Definitely cooler, so maybe the melt slows.

YO Anthony!  Hope its going good in BC.  There were/are some Colorado kids headed your way and looking to get in touch with you to boat some gnar.  Hopefully you guys get connected.

Kiwi... the .7 level refers to a guage stick at the 50/50 bridge.  I am no expert on this river, but figure that means a healthy medium to high for the Mine run(V), and Mediumish for the Mini Mine(IV).  Probably too high for the Box/Committment Canyon(V).

the callaghan, ashlu, tatlow, etc are all susceptible to rain spike this time of year.  we caught the callaghan at medium flow 2 weekends ago after a night of rain .. & well after it was thought to be done. guys were on tatlow at healthy flow for several days after that.

.7 on the ashlu staff gauge at the bridge is a great flow for both the mine AND the box.  the box will be juicy at that level but ALL of the sh*tty mank cleans up.
