New piece of wood ~20 feet long, broached on the mid channel rock just below Mercury/ above the Nozzle. This piece isn't a big deal if you are in control. A second piece of wood is below the Nozzle  ~30 feet and to the left a bit. It's sticking up out of the river and shaking aroud a little. Not to terrible, but if you're not watching out...

That second piece has been there since February. I'm surprised that the 3200 flow didn't wrench it out.

The first piece, the new piece, which was between Mercury and the Nozzle is gone now. Ran the gorge at 1600.

Always a good idea to include the name of the river when posting warnings about wood.  There are probably 50 rapids named "Nozzle" per state.

Just a thought.

Also consider putting up a river alert on the Green River page. That gets listed on the homepage too and its a good way to keep track of whats where while not having it lost in the expanse of the forum.

Yeah, I've been posting a few alerts for Robe over the past few months. Sometimes these alerts are transient, like the one you described. I try to go back every so often and remove any outdated alerts I've posted so as to keep the info current.

It is a good place to post that stuff (plus you get that cool yellow "!" icon! As more people use those features of the site, it could be a cool thing.
