It wood be cool to see them both together. I like the green one. Nice color.  I also dig the subtle swoosh in the ridges on the deck.

Does the Reaction come in green?
Cool retro boats. Kicking it old skool!!

The green boat has a lot more volume...  it is definitely a better hole puncher as a result.  considering the fact that there really is very little difference in cost... I would prolly still go for the green boat (and you can get it in a variety of colors too...with a little map of the Green river on the back for good measure.  Hate to say it but if you are looking for a creekin' race boat this is your best bet.

Sorry Draggorossi  not tryin to be a bastard just my own feelings...

yeah i have to admit, the "creekboat like" nature of the Greenboat intrigued me when I saw it. The combination of design qualities seemed like a truly new boat design.

That's not to imply that the "Reaction" is an invalid design by any means, just that they might be different enough to be better for different applications. I agree that a side by side comparison would be nice. Photos make it  too hard to distinguish their similarities and differences.

"The Reaction had greater stern rocker, which equates to faster speeds cresting waves and holes"-- then this implies that the green boat may be faster across the flats, doesn'it?

So maybe it depends on how much flatwater is on the racecourse in question.

Tony Z: when & where could I paddle a Reaction? I'm gonna be at Split Rock tomorrow at Noon if you happen to be able to bring one out for me to demo.
