This is the Saturday Sauk discussion thread. Please post any questions below. Remember the actual Trip Details are located on the Saturday Sauk | Trip Page I am working the weekend night shift and can't make it to the ball this weekend, so I am planning on hitting the Sauk River Saturday before the flows drop out. We will run from the Whitechuck River to Buchman Park. Anyone else stuck on the westside this weekend game? Kyle

Hi Kyle,
I'm interested in a Sat run on the Sauk. Joe S. from WRRR told me about your trip. Couldn't find a support boat. Now it depend on if my friends still want to go. Have a raft, possibly 3-5 paddlers. Kyle, I'm familiar with the Clear Creek takeout, but I've never heard of Buchman Park. Can you tell me where it's located in relationship to Clear Creek? Thanks! |

It is about 3/4 of a mile downstream from Clear Creek on Clear Creek Rd. This will add a additional class III rapid to the trip.

I've decided to hook up with a friend on a run on the east side tomorrow. You all have a good time. Jimmy's looking to paddle on Sunday.
