Here is your oportunity to infuence the industry. If you could have one product that is missing from the softgoods line of the sport, what would it be? Examples: A dry pant, not bib, with a relief zipper. Dry top with a wrist zipper pocket for snacks. Dry Suite with reinforced legs for hiking expadition rivers. Padded dry pants for open boaters. You get the point. Think it up and if it makes sense, you may see it for 2009.

A filter that could take your piss and let you drink it! Like on water world or Dune! You know like the Stillsuit. That way you could always hydrate even when the river water is dirty or if its so low you don't want to decrease the level any more! ------------- |

I would like to design an oar poggie. I have a few ideas as to how it would work. For now I use my kayak poggie on my oars. Poggies are the best for keeping my hands and whole body warm. One problem is if you swim, your hands will get severely cold... ------------- MORE RAIN PLEASE |

1) How about special grip stuff for your paddle that is self-warming. That way your hands stay warm without gloves or poggies. 2) A cockpit rim/ spray skirt combo that is actually dry. And no, Jackson's aren't dry... they're better than the shitty dagger boats, but I want totally dry. 3) A sponge that is recycled, not made out of sponge (the animal), and is totally biodegradeable 4) A waterproof camera that I don't break every 6 mos... =( ------------- JHB |

-A Deck-mountable GPS with a Boof-o-metric self angulator . The Pro model would have a flux capacitor, too. Honestly, If I felt like I had a really good Idea for the soft goods market, I'd probably market it myself or have someone near me do it who'd pay me for my idea, rather than giving it to someone who I'd then have to buy it back from. No offense. That said, if I see something you're selling on the self and I think It'd benefit me, sure, I'd buy it. Unfortunately most of the peripheral STUFF is overpriced. "I know, I know, if you can't say something nice...." Semi-dry pants with neoprene ankle cuffs - latex ankle gaskets are way too hard to put on and take off.

I should have known better then ask a bunch of clowns. For everyones information:
STLboater: We have a latex free dry top, Zone, and have a latex free dry pant for this fall, super high waist, so no need to roll the bulky things together, I have never had seapage. You can pull and ream the gaskets on the Zone and the new pants and they hold up nicely and I am tyold folks are getting 3x the life out of our gaskets then they would a latex one. And as for the water down your back, a V shock paired with the Zone, gives you a higher tunner, and clups in the Zone Dry Top to keep the skirt from coming off, I would say down with your skirt if it wasn' you.
jblum: Already done, check out the V-Shock Deks, the euro style gives an added leak protection with the aded coated fabric to keep water out, and the skrit from imploding. And you wouldn't need a sponge if you had a V-Shock protecting your rim!

Everyone: As for the mash whiskey....lets try to get some flasks made up from recycle plastic that will fit in a PFD (Oh yah).... And a lot of whiskeys I try already taste like James' urine.
