Heading out to Lake Quinault and interested in paddling options, have never paddled there before. Any ideas on what's running in the III-IV range?

All level dependent but...
East fork Humptulips. Super cool gorge, some cool rapids, and one of the more unique class III runs around.
Matheney, lower Class IV, Upper class IV+ has more of a creeky feel but the rapids are all very managable and is a great day to do the upper, middle, and lower in one go.
IF your driving over the north side of the OP the Sol Duc is a great III-IV run that is short and has rapids top to bottom.

Not Really, I know that the User BIGWATER frequently i out on the matheney. you might try this fbook group, but it seems they usually stick to the solduc and the northern edge of the OP.
