Looking to get on the green upper gorge Tuesday and/or Wednesday morning putting on around 10. I could also do the Tilton those days. Also free to paddle Thursday and Friday. Mark 360–7 89–2361

I might be interested in paddling Thursday and/or Friday am, but I have work at five both days and I'm trying to test out my shoulder, so I'd like to stick to something that's 3, 3+ with a bit of 4 thrown in. So pretty much the sky unless there's anything similar running.

I might be up for a morning middle middle run. I would prefer to do a morning green run if anybody can make it. A morning Tilton run would be ideal though.
