I have never seen this before and I don't see a published date. I haven't read it so I'm not sure of the content, but it seems short and entry level. Thought someone here would enjoy the read.

It was developed in 2012 to inform restoration of Sullivan Creek as part of the Mill Pond Dam removal.

That makes a lot of sense, explains why it showed up in my inbox as material to be referenced in the mill pond dam removal RFP...

I lived at Sullivan Lake in the 70's as a small child. My father was the ranger at the lake. We've always fished and played in the mill pond...doesn't surprise me that the locals don't want to change anything.
