Hi all,
I'm visiting my boyfriend who lives in seattle and would like to get out, but haven't paddled up here very much (is anything even running?). I would be borrowing his boat and paddle so would like to keep it class 3-4 or easier. Let me know if anyone is available to show me around this week!

I'm looking to paddle this weekend. Everything's pretty dried up though. Unless the rain holds up, I might go down to the White Salmon, which is around 4.5 hrs away. I'd probably camp down there and paddle sat/sun.

Yeah, what Itchy said. 4:30 at Split on Wednesday would work well for me. Unless the Middle Middle comes up, then I'd be up for that.

I'm really flexible on time. Anytime weds or thursday would work best I think. Where/what is split/middle middle? I'm looking at the AW sky write up but I'll need some specific directions, por favor.
I'll have a car so I can meet up anywhere.

Thursday would work for me better; I'm going to meet someone at the Seattle Wild Rivers Night tomorrow to pay for a boat.
Anna,
Split is the takeout for the III-IV Skykomish section. It's just a pulloff on the road, and kind of hard to find if you're new and there aren't a bunch of cars w/ racks there. Middle Middle is the III section of the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie, from Concrete Bridge to Tanner.
I think it would work best for not getting lost and gas preservation purposes to meet in Seattle somewhere and then carpool out to the Sky. Jason (jcboaterboy) has a real job and probably can't make it until 4:30, but we could go out in one car on Thursday at 1 or something, and do a run (I can ride a bike shuttle, it's super short) and then meet Jason and do another. It's a short run so doubling up makes the drive (1.5 hours from Seattle) more worth it. Mike has my number, if you'd like to call/text for further arrangements.

Sweet, I'm aim for Thursday then, and I might try to get Michael to come out with us if he can get off work a little early (or maybe He and Jason can meet up and come out at 4:30) for lap #2.
Itchy, I'll hit you up later and we can set a time/place for Thursday.
