Never been up there but looking to hang out around Winthrop this weekend. Jeez its a long way up there... Does anyone live up there? If anyone wants to make the trek or is already up there give me a shout

What day were you thinking of boating? I could be tempted to go up there and do some boating since it's a pretty short drive for me. I might be able to get some Wenatchee people in on going.

I'm not leaving Tacoma til Saturday morning so I could do Saturday afternoon onwards through Monday morning. Saturday afternoon would be ideal though. If its nice Sunday I'm going to climb.... Or if its really nice Saturday, paddling on Sunday would be ideal. Your thoughts?

I'd suggest we just meetup there and could caravan up from there. We could do the 'middle' putin on the black canyon section of the Methow. Maybe do two laps if it's fun.

I'll be at the methow around 1-2ish on Saturday. Maybe a lap late Sunday and early Monday too but for sure Saturday. I'm coming from Tacoma but it sounds like there might be some people carpooling from 'chee. The more the merrier

What's the typical take out? I've got myself and at least one other Wenatchee paddler. Do you want to shoot for 2 @ the take out? I think Kevin should be able to make that.

2 in pateros would be awesome...I'm sure I'll be there by one though. I'm working tonight and sleeping on the drive so lets just meet at the take out. I'd rather not wake up to make phone calls so lets just pick a place to meet in pateros. I'm inclined to make for the free take out at mile 1.1 on hwy 153 but I've never been there. Any suggestions?
