A few people and I did it last week at a similar level and it was good.. A little rocky but still fun. One of the guys said he has done it as low as 350 and it went. No hiking necessary.

You can't listen to those people. They're crazy.
450 is better than 350. I'd be up for a lap on the Lower Gorge or something else, should the the waters magically rise. 11am at Flaming Geyser?

I may hook up with you guys, I need the excersize, and an easy paddle. I don't have any stress left in me to handle crappy rain traffic long drive and a high Sky run.
