Just wanted to share a video I made of some of my kayaking adventures this summer. I was living out of my car in Cashmere this summer so I got a lot of time on the Wenatchee. I also went down to the Tieton for a week and was on the Rogue (but mostly rowed that).

If someone could embed that for me that would be awesome, I still haven't figured that out.

Hand paddling is so much fun when surfing. You can really feel hoow your body and weight affects the way you move on to the wave. I've also been extremely glad to have them when I lost my paddle in that first wave in that video.

Hand paddling is fun but it totally depends on what type of boat your in.
What type of boats were you all hand paddling?

I've got a Jackson Allstar. I just got a villain, but I haven't used it yet.

I think that most people prefer to hand paddle much longer fiberglass boats.
