Is there a way to imbed this in the post?  Can't get the video to work on the computer.  Either way, thanks for posting about it.

Wow.  3WR waterfall descents in one year ending with Palouse.  That + Sunset, I don't see how kayaking will ever top 09'  Congrats to everyone who has ever contributed anything to the sport.

The flow looks good today to go fire off Snoqualmie. Seems the next logical step.

Actually....       Snoqualmie     268 ft
Palouse Falls - 180-198 ft    (depending on the source)

How is that Snoqualmie falls is only 10 feet higher again?   Hope your creek beta is better than your waterfall beta...

Incidently-- I was hanginf out at home one night last week- don't remember when now, but I think I'd been paddling so maybe sat or sun?- and I was watching King Five, when, Lo and Behold, I got to see the S.I. footage again on the evening news. They hyped it a few cycles to get me to sit through the usual comercials (the bane of our existance), and then showed it. I was stoked to see it on the nightly news, even though those manikans get to add their grossly mis-informed quips about how "crazy" it is.

O.k> It IS F*#k'n Crazy!!!
Just wish they'd illuminate SOME substance within the context of it, that's all.

I noticed that tyler had a "thing" (I don't know what to call it) around the rim of his cockpit, I think it's supposed to keep his skirt from imploding. anyway, how would he pull out of his boat to wet exit? anyone know?

I saw that too and I think it is just some PVC pipe split down the center (maybe thirded) with some kind of buckle on it that he can quick release.

That's my best guess.

So, whats with SI - they pulled the film footage down!!!  Gal Dang It- I was going to show it to someone, and then its not there no more.... what gives with that noise.  Oh well, guess I gots to wait till the Revolutions DVD goes out.

LVm podcast mentions the anti implosion rig-up.

yeah, I guess that was sort of a R&D event for his product-- an implosion proof skirt. Good PR for it too. He's going to market with it, I think.
