After kayaking the last 4 months straight (100 days out of 120) I have developed a tear in my forearm/elbow muscle...it hurts...I guess it is tendinites? I cant spell...
.

Anyway, got to take a break to heal up for a few days, it has affected my golf swing. Last Sunday I did manage to spank out a 300 yard drive and almost drove a par 4 green, but my arm prevented me from getting an eagle...so rest up for me for a while. Just when all the rivers are still going good too. Oh well, at least I should be back for some low water fun FITW runs next week...

Thanks Dave for your golf game update. I just love coming to Professor Putt Putt to see how all my friends at the country club are swinging.

There is more to life than kayaking. But first, most kayakers would need to get a job, stop kayaking a bit, and pull thier heads out of thier asses to see what else is out there.

Its going to take more than a few days for your old man body to heal. I guess we'll be seeing more of you on Xbox now.

Ps: I agree with Shelby. Thanks for your geezer golf update.

What paddle do use and whats your feather? I've found that smaller blades and less feather helps reduce/prevent Tendinitis.

I use a Werner Powerhouse with a 15deg feather. I think it was just much paddling, riding motorcycles, mountain biking, golfing, video games, working, driving back and forth to Oregon, etc, etc, etc,....
