I was searching around and found a whitewater map on http://wheelsandwater.blogspot.com that listed rivers he has been on and matched them with blog entries and was wondering if anyone had done that with rivers in the areas closer to Seattle. For me living away from the PNW it would give me a better idea as to where the rivers are located instead in a list format. Thanks for the info and happy paddling!!

But is there a map with all the takeouts and putins in for all the rivers so you can see the proximity between several different rivers?

Click the first link let the map load and then move it around a bit. It is an older version of the Gmap Code base so it is buggy at best but still works and no one around here is interested in re-writing the code.
