ya, makes for fun rescue practice. Just messing, I never say what people should and shouldnt run, there is enough online beta for you to decide, but I am more than happy to describe rapids to you and show you lines.
Im thinking thursday at around 4:30-5 at splitrock

yeah, I can't do any late afternoon laps this week, but plan to meet Rob sometime after 12, maybe 1ish. Anybody's welcome to join.

Thanks outdoorjunkie. your messing, but it s true. I prob will be swimming a lot. Yeah I can meet you there. The more practice I get, the sooner I will learn. Just one thing though, I have my roll on flat water only. I haven't had a chance to do combat rolls as I am just getting into whitewater. If you still want to go hit me up tomorrow a.m.

Sounds good. Looks like there will be a few. I'm aiming for 4:30 but if traffic is bad then 5.
