I stopped by CC on the way home from work today and checked out the first drop.  I'd say CC is runnable right now at a Medium / High flow.  The rock that splits the flow just above the first ledge had about 1" running over it and surged higher every few seconds.

So it's too high for me this weekend but if anyone decides to run it, I'd appreciate a wood report.

Sounds like it's at a fun flow IF you could know the wood situation. I'm with you. I want to go in there when it's low and check it out. There was SO much wood before the flood, and the wood was dropping in right there in the canyon, there were slides and trees uprooted from the wind in the canyon, so more could easily fall in even if the floods cleaned out most of what was there. So, yeah... I'd like to check it out when it's low and the portaging options are at a maximum. Maybe next Saturday.
