GRAND   CANYON    RAFT    PACKAGE   FOR   SALE

18   foot,     2004    HYSIDE    SELF – BAILING    RAFT    in    EXCELLENT   CONDITION,     $ 6,000

THIS   IS   A    VERY   COMPLETE,     PROFESSIONAL    SET-UP

RAFT   :   18’ 4”    long    x    8’ 4 “   wide,      23 “ diameter   tubes.      It   is   52 “   wide   inside .
                Approx.   Wt.   is 150 lb.   for just the raft.

This   boat   has   been   on   only   2   trips,    one   being the GRAND CANYON.   It   was   a fabulous workhorse.   It   has   been   carefully   washed,   dried,   then rolled, then dry – stored for the past 10 years.      It   is   time   to   let   her   go   to   someone   who   can put her back   to work..

FRAME   : 78” x 120 “, 8 – piece   break-down,     1-7/8”   O.D. aluminum tube FRAME   with adjustable SPEED RAIL fittings.   It   has   5   compartments   for   dry   boxes,   and is set up with pin & clips.

THREE    ENORMOUS    ALUMINUM   DRY   BOXES    &   a   151   QT   IGLOO   COOLER   fit in the compartments   ( 2 fore and 2 aft   of the center rowing position.).    
Two   plywood   floors   are   included   fore   and   aft of the frame.

Each   of    3   giant   dry   boxes   measure    52 “   wide   x   22 “   deep   x   20 “   high.    That’s    13.24   cubic   feet   in   each   box    : almost    40    Cu. Ft.   !!!!

The   center   compartment    ( a foot - well for the oarsman )   also holds   2   additional   dry storage boxes..   The   2   smaller   dry   boxes   are   22 “   wide   x   14 “ deep   x   19 “   high.
That’s   another    3.38   Cu. / Ft.   of dry storage each, totaling   
6. 76 Cu. Ft.

That’s   over   46   Cu.   Ft.    of   dry storage, and it is all no higher than side of the   tubes.   That   makes   for   a   very low center of gravity.

There are 18 - HEAVY DUTY D-rings on the outside of the tubes, 6 - HEAVY   DUTY    D-rings   on the inside, center area   of   the tubes, as well as 7   -   almost   HD     D-rings   inside   on   each end to support the plywood floor.               
                                
Also   included   are   :
     Six   - 10   foot   SAWYER   oars   ( 2 fiberglass, 4 wood );
     Additional    aluminum   MOTOR   MOUNT    frame;
     A   One - inch   diameter   GRAB   LINE   around   the   outside   of   the   tubes;
     4    built – in hand holds on the outer tubes to help   carry it;
     An   8 ‘ x 8’   custom, folding    canvas   BIMINI   SUN   SHADE;
     Side   boards   for   Bimini   Sun Shade to attach to;
     A    27” x 64 “    table that   nests   over   a dry box.
