	Why am I getting email notices for forum topics that I did not sign up nor care about. I do not want to recieve email notices. I will go to PP if I am interested in reading about topics. Chris Ohta

	Several other clubs requested a feature that was turned on a while back and I just enabled it for our community. Your not going to receive any other emails. I have turned this feature off as a default for ProfessorPaddle.com You can view your email subscriptions on this page if you are logged in Email Notification Subscriptions

	I second that. I even "unsubcribed" following the link the emails and still got at least 1 more at this point. Can someone please fix this problem? Thanks

	Thanks James, I was not sure if it was legit or a phishing scheme with all of the hacking because it kept asking me to log in order to not recieve emails but nothing would happen. I appreciate your efforts. Ohta

	The subscriptions are tied to your account so to unsubscribe you have to log in. There is lag in email but as of now that feature was disabled for the site at 3:49pm If you are subscribed to a Topic from past selection you will continue getting emails on that topic but the site wide setting is off.

	Hey James, also logged in to see why all of a sudden I was getting email notices. I am not subscribed to any threads but got notices about 2 recent posts. Happend at the same time as the other guys as well, just a head's up. Edited by PaulGamache - 06 Aug 2008 at 4:12pm
