  I'll show you what the cool kids run.
  How about this for an idea....  someone buys the place, makes the payments, and I will happily live there and maintain the place.
  No strings, I will sleep there every non weekend, non peak runoff night ( about 150 nights a year) I will mow, rake, general handy man tasks in between runs. I will accessable to the owner 24/7 (I have a cell phone) and am willing to make a wide rariety of excuses as to why I am no there.
  This is a stellar investment to anyone with the means!
  I will limit the number of 'house guests' to no more than 20 a weekend. 'Lawn guests' fall into another catagory.

I ran by that place last weekend to see what the hub hub is about... Very nice, but it seems someone took the liberty of making egg flour soup in the hot tub while the owners where out
