So...

You have two options for the weekend:

1)  Paddle the NOT exciting lower Snoqualmie with EJ, who, despite his amazing paddling abiilities, will not make the run any more exciting, even after doing it for 5 hours...

2)  Come South and run something VERY exciting with me, who, despite my less than amazing paddling abilities, guarentee the Farmlands or Truss will be very exciting.

The gauntlet has been thrown EJ!  What now!?

Or you can head to Tumwater and the Icicle with Me, D1, and Mike Harms.

Jonathon,

Unfortunately I think you are missing the point of the EJ event. It has nothing to do with "quien es muy macho" and everything to do with getting kids into boats so they can learn to run rivers. Sorry if that sounds wussy and not exciting.

Gabe,

Appologies if it sounded like I was trying to take away from your event. I
was half kidding/ half making fun of myself/ half trying to get a post going
that people would read with a "provocative" title. Apparently sarcasm
doesn't transmit well over PP... damn you internet! Anyway, best wishes with
the event... If no one want to paddle on Sunday, I might trek back up there
for the clinic.

Guys, the Wenanche is an awsome river for beginers, and great camping everywhere.

Don't feel bad, JBLUM!!! I can relate to your wit! Don't be shy
about talking SMACK on the PP-- That's partly what it's for-the
digital campfire, baby. As all of thoss burn outs from the
eighties used to say: "If you can't run with the big dogs, stay on
the porch" --or in this case, your computer.
I actually went to the Sno, and hey, I'm not offended. I 'm sorry I
missed the Farmlands, though! I'll be hookin up with you again,
man.
