http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/sha/4231474403.html I am looking for a mother-in-law studio apartment in Seattle, or a
shared house-mate type of living arrangement. I currently live in
Tacoma, but recently accepted a new job in Seattle that starts January
10th. I am in a month to month housing situation in Tacoma now, so I am
flexible on moving dates.
I tinker with wood working as a hobby / side business and I would like
to find a space to continue making saw dust. A one-car garage would be
plenty of space, but a basement could work too, though I have a couple
bigger tools. I could be very happy with a shop space that is larger
than my living space.
I work as a technician in manufacturing, and I will be
working at Boeing Field just south of Georgetown. I am hoping to
relocate to a place in Seattle that is relatively close to work (~5-10
miles) so I can ride my bicycle to work as often as possible.
I would prefer to live in central Seattle like capital hill, mount
baker, Leschi, Madonna, Montlake, north beacon hill, Seward park. open to ideas, would like to be fairly central
I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and I spend a lot of my free-time whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, and skiing.
also, i have a Burro (click on the craigslist ad). It is not
imperative that i have an off-street space to park it, but that would
definitely be a plus. otherwise, it can stay more permanently at its
mountain retreat. El Burro is very light weight and i can move it by
hand so it can sneak into tight parking spots.
Cheers,
Pete
