Some friends of mine are doing that ski to sea race on Memorial Day weekend.  They are lacking a canoe and apparently they are expensive to rent.  I dont know why the f*ck anyone would want to paddle a canoe on 18 miles of flatwater but these kids seem to be into it.
If anyone has a canoe sitting around that they could borrow, you might be able to get a case of beer or $ out of these guys as rent.
Call Colby if interested at 5oh9 200 ten forty

I've got a canoe in Belilngham that you could borrow. Its not the lightest or the fastest but I think it is either fiberglass or kevlar...You are welcome to check it out.
