Flood Help
Heather Herbeck is doing a class in the area for UPS (great beginner weekend - not)
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good class III learning run that will be manageable at high water or less prone to flood?
The Chehalis came up as an option - I have never done it & am looking for some beta to pass along.
Call me or email - 25three-228-240three

Sure?

Tobin, Last I checked the road that accesses the Chehalis is still washed out.

Actually, if it's not too far, the Wenatchee is perfect this weekend for a class 3  learning run, but probably need to go via I-90

The Nisqually would probably be pretty manageable for fledgling class III paddlers.

Upper Tilton, SF Snoqualmie, Headworks?

Yea I would suggest either the Headworks or one of the runs on the east side. Maybe even the American if it is not snowed in. American would be sweet, never dun that one myself.
