This is the Long BC weekend discussion thread. Please post any questions below.

Remember the actual Trip Details are located on the Long BC weekend | Trip Page

My buddy Nate and I are driving up to BC this Friday, staying five or more days, to run some good shit. We'll have some beta, but don't expect us to actually know what's around any given bend. We'll be scouting and setting reasonable safety, but if you're not comfortable finding your way down class V first-D style, this trip may not be for you. We'll take a medium pace, maybe running only about 1500 vertical feet per day (unless someone knows where we're going or we're running laps on something relatively easy) We're all about some easygoing fun- prob'ly not gonna huck any 80 footers or wake up at the crack of dawn. Come paddle with us if you like!

Chris - I am planning several BC trips over the next two months, though all will be normal weekends.  I wish I could come up and do 5 days with you...  Was just up there - Ashlu is big, but mini-mine is good to go.  Went up and looked at fear canyon (Elaho), and that was quite frighteningly large, as well...  Stuff up in whistler is at a good medium flow.
