I'm in for a little Sky action after an unacceptably long "dry spell"... hehe.
So, split rock at 11?

Just down the road about 1/4 mile there is a turnout on the right side where the hwy goes to one lane again and that is split rock parking. (towards Index)

don't forget to mention the peanuttle! for goodness sakes ... lure them in with the sweetnsalty sensation that only a good serving of nuts can induce. I can't promise anything for ride number #2 but the peanuttles have consistently thown errors in even my own thought to be flawless judgement. Then to say that JP has only once fallen victim to the controversial bag of Cap' hill, and after one single encounter he has been unable to digest even the thought of a dried apple or pecan in exchange again.
What am I speaking of?.... Simple fact is that if you get in King Chili your going to be set like a king in a mobile palace, with tasty frickadillacies at your every whim. Just be prepared to deal with the jester the whole trip!

Gonna still try to make it, but something came up. If I'm not there by 1030, you don't need to wait up.
The river gods seem to be taunting me...

Hey Gabe, you doing great out there! Way to stick with it going over drops and under logs and staying in the boat! After what you went through under the water, I think any of us would have swam too..
