Fun FactsThis is a beautiful little class II+ run w/ quaint sandstone slides throughout. It may be a bit scrapey in places, but you're sure to find some great little playspots! |
Run DescriptionIf you put in on the tail end of the N. frk of the Teanaway, you'll encounter some fairly fast paced action that borderlines on class III due to its continuous nature, so as always in the Northwest- Look out for wood!
It may start to seem like a long run for those with ADD (it's 7 miles), but it is pleasant and usually you'll have great east-of-the-pass weather.
Near the tale out there's a hole you can surf in the center. Beware, though. It is a chewy one and has kind of a mean streak. If you're leading beginners down this stretch, make sure they understand the consequences of tangling with this bugger!
