dude...
I'm a newly trained river guide working primarily on the Wenatchee and Sauk in Washington. I also enjoy overnights on the Deschutes in Oregon with my guide peeps. I'm also an on-air DJ at a Seattle radio station. On weekends when the rivers are running, I love going mountaineering, hiking, and just getting myself lost in the wilderness for fun.
Despite all this, I'm a youngster. I'm a couple years too young to go drink beer with y'all.
Warning: Allowing me to guide you down a river may result in excitingly long swims or becoming a human projectile. "Ooh, that 12 foot wave looks fun, let's hit it! Sideways!!!"
Mottos: "carnage is just another term for having too much fun" & "if you don't end up in the water once or twice a run, you're doing something wrong"
Actually, I specialize in keeping my guests in the boat. I haven't even had anyone fall out while I'm guiding yet. When I'm out with my guide friends though, watch out....
I am a primarily a raft guide and have never used a hard shell kayak, but I love the reading PP's forums and seeing the videos. Some day I'd like to learn to work with hard shell kayaks, but right now I'm just focusing on guiding.
