| There it is!!! I've been looking for this photo forever! "Scariest picture of a swim" though? Not sure about that. If I had to jump into a highwater run and swim, I'd do this again before swimming Tumwater at 10k, no doubt!
BTW- just below the camera's bottom frame there are tons of sieves and logs jammed against the bank- when I remembered this I stopped swimming for the Left Bank and intentionally squared up to swim BD right down the gut! |

| Darwin award? Shit, Bro- it's just water. it's not like you're gonna hit any rocks or anything. No keeper holes either. as long as you keep your cool and swim hard at exactly the right moments, Darwin is gonna award you with a free pass to continue evolving. Survival of the fittest.
