Log Limbo
I think it is great that one year ago when I first ran this rapid chocked full of wood, I wrote a review. It said something like boy I wish this rapid were free of wood it would be choice.... Take a look one year later.

Well, if you've been up there recently, you'd note that there are at least three "limbos" in the rapid. It is also worth noting that all three are located in spots that have hosted logs in the past. The boulder configuration of that rapid tends to collect wood in the same spots. There is a log spanning high above the R. Right entrance, and an "X" of logs constricting the seldom used left entrance. Another log, lower to the water and a true "limbo" move sits halfway down the rapid in the R. Right channel. While I agree that naming rapids based on the temporary presence of wood is kind of silly, this rapid seems to retain its namesake, even if its different wood each season.
