Hey Guys,

At SRK we're offering a class called Flexibility for Paddlers. It's a one night thing, Tuesday August 12th, 7-9pm. A professional 'stretcher' named Peggy Protz is using the Feldenkrais movement theory to help kayakers enhance and empower their workout.

Learning to cartwheel and stern squirt makes me think that this class could seriously help with torso rotation flexibility, all things play boating, and endurance.
