I would like to go up there after work today. Around 4:00. Just wondering if people run it this low, and if anyone is planing on going up there?

It may be out for kayaks, but it's in for K-mart inflatable toys...

Brian,
I'm  not sure what the status is level-wise, but I think I'd be in to heading that way this afternoon.  Call me quick if you want to go, as I'll be leaving home soon and need to know which boat to bring (I'll go do a play run if I don't hear from you).

Naw!!!! It's not done yet. Low, but not over. There was probably 12 of us out there last night running it and all had a good time. Flows on FITW go something like this IMO:

I'm Scared, and Going Home
OK,  I'll run it, but I reaaalllly don't want to swim in fishermans
Medium and lots of fun
Still medium but starting to get rocky between ledges
Medium low but still plenty good
Low, but fun   <-----CURRENT FLOW
Silly low, like boating down wet stairs
Stupid low, bring a bucket and pour a bucketfull in front of you to get down the next ledge.

For the folks looking at that point to step up a class with solid skills, the current flow is a great intro to this run.  All the moves are the same, but now you have time between drops.  Had a first timer in this camp on it last night and she rocked the Casba, especially Limbo and numbers 3 and 4 in the Fearsome.

225 is silly low, stupid low is < 200

Good to see the rubber out there running it.
BTW the solo time last night was 4:30 from push to step.

Ran the Cooper Yesterday and today. Great med-low to low level. Finished the trip with 3 laps on FITW. The cup was a good foot out of the water, but everything still went! It was a great time and we even ran some of the shuttle after drinking some beer and stopping at the DQ on the way over. BTW if you guys are ever looking for a great guy to car pool with, talk to Kyle Kovalik. On the way over we watched kayak DVD's in his Honda van. I've always been down on TV's in cars... til now!

Too low for me now. I'm not into the E.L.F. thing, like to minimize wear and tear on my boat & paddle ($1000+ $500).

Oh great, now everyone is gonna wanna rock the van on all the shuttles.... Actually, for a soccor-mom-mobile it's pretty cool. Besides, I've got Black Book on the telly in the back and chrome skulls on the rack. Can you top that Leif?     ;-P

Oh yeah, it gets 20 mpg fully loaded too... When I'm fully loaded I don't drive.

Joe's level meter for FITW is right on. It's bordering on silly low right now, especially in the hard boats. Kinda hard on the ol' back.

Cooper Boater Biz Opportunity: Lefty's in Roslyn is for sale. Just $50k and you can have the coolest coffee/ice cream shop on the east side. With all this activity at Suncadia (who thinks up these names?!) it might get some new wealthy clientele too instead of just non-tipping dead-beat boaters... Oh hey, that's us!

Yes, as a matter of fact, I can top that.  I have peanuttle!

With respect to Lefty's, I saw four restrants/bars for sale in Roslyn.  I can't help but wonder why so many are for sale at the same time.

Leif, maybe it's because they don't like all the tourons moving in on their little slice of hippy/redneck heaven. Or maybe they are thinking of cashing in on the "boom" that's coming to town from Cascadia. Of course this is a pretty lousy time to be selling any kind of property or business.
