Tieton Flows have been added. Gauge is based on the Canal headworks flow which takes into consideration the loss for irrigation diversion at the Bridge. Waffle Wall is above this but I think that it is more important to get the value after diversion than before. Comments or preferences? Its easy to get the flow before if thats what people use more. James ------------- Posted By: Yotes Date Posted: 27 Aug 2007 at 4:24pm The guidebook goes by the outflow from the dam up at rimrock, so some feedback this year on how the bridge wave behaves at different levels below the diversion dam might be helpful for creating a better flow range. As far as I know the damkeepers won't release more than 3k cfs, so there really isn't a top range, although things get fast and pushy at the high range of flows. Good example is the Tumwater stretch. Why are we still using the Peshastin Gauge for this. What do you say we get accurate and start using the Plain gauge instead! This would be like if they put a gauge at the bottom of Split Rock. Would we still use the Goldbar gauge despite the improved accuracy and availability? Now that we have more gauges lets use them not limit ourselves to what things were in the past. We can write up notes on the description pages with these changes so people understand why etc...
