If anyone's in the market for a custom throw bag, my friend Tim (an ACA swiftwater rescue instructor) recently set up a web page that he's taking orders though.  You can specify what you want - type of rope, length, diameter, bag size, embroidery, anything.  I've got 2 of his bags and they are top notch.  He's also a Sterling rope dealer so if you are looking for rope, contact him; he can probaly help you out. 
 
 
He's also got some swiftwater rescue information up on his site that is pretty interesting.
