I've secured employment in NB, and am just throwing out a feeler for leads on housing opportunities for a boater and his dog.

Ok, anyone intersted in moving to or living in the vicinity of eastern Issaquah/eastern Sammamish/Carnation south or closer to NB?
Actually prefer to be west of Snoq Falls, and within those other mentioned areas. There are opportunities, and more to come this spring.
My requirements:
No smoking, but I'm 420 ok even if not in.
Accepts a dog @ 55lbs. and he's not a restricted breed.
Room for boats/room to dry gear
If possible: space for a very conservative workshop. (Ideal, but if cost is low enough, I'll source that elsewhere).
