Paint thinner, mineral spirits, nail polish remover may work. Or rubbing alcohol. Blow torch only as last resort.

Lacquer thinner cuts almost anything, acrylic thinner is milder and doesn't dry skin as badly. (you're likely not gonna have this unless you paint cars...)

I know this info is WAY too late cause it's dry now... but lacquer thinner is sold at Home Depot, and I think everyone should have a gallon of it. I learned from painting cars that it cuts everything... it even melts some plastic so be careful.

Almost nothing thins (read removes when wet) aqua seal, since it's awesome!

Luckily skin will eventually remove it by itself since its dry now! Buy some lacquer thinner for cleaning your boat before welding next time and for removing the "temporary" duct tape patch you used when you finally decide to drill the ends of that crack and weld it up.

It works on almost everything, but be careful it doesn't melt whatever you're cleaning. Nothing touches dried aqua seal.

Oh, and don't use it in California... it causes cancer there.

Friction. I have always just rubbed the aquaseal with my fingers and it eventually just sluffs off.

Thanks for all the ideas!! I tried alchohol, purell, soap, and nail polish remover, none of which worked.   I bought sone wipes from "Grime Boss" that helped decrease the amount of stickiness from the glue, but did not remove it. My fingers still stuck together for several hours after aquasealing myself and using the wipes. I'd have to say friction and a crap load of handwashing eventually did the trick. Next time I'm wearing gloves.

I have found that alcohol does a pretty good job.  Use enough of it and you don't really care that you have aquaseal on your hands.

People make fun of me for wearing gloves... and a lot of other stuff.

Funny, I used some the other day and the label says it will just peel off your hands when dry (and that washing them first helps, too)

$2 dish gloves good, $8 solvent-resistant gloves better at keeping the stuff off your hands and solvents from quickly absorbing into your blood stream. Crazy solvents like MEK and Toluene are bad for you, um-kay. McNett products are the bomb and are made locally.
