Run 100% clean and I think Duck N Boof looks easier than ever. Double undercut all the way to drop before rootball are cleanest i've ever seen. Good FITW year, once level drops mortals like me will have a blast. I chickened out, why is scouting FITW worse than running it? You can go in the left channel now, a center channel just to the right of the log, or right. Curious..."  yes ! this is known as diurnal pattern. most rivers in spring melt behave in the classic warming of the day rising at night dropping in morning..... Not as good as the ol duck and boof line, but still fun. As it gets lower the boof on the right isn't as good.
