I've got a spare room with shelved closet for rent in Redmond for 650$ a month all utilities included (except cable). Place is in basement of a house, I have the main room, there's one bathroom with plenty of space. Huge storage room for boating gear (amongst other gear) with tile floor. Plenty of room for a bike or two also. Plenty of boat storage out of the sunlight. Located in Redmond. Full kitchen, new utilities, wood burning stove, washer and dryer. I'm willing to talk about lease terms. Let me know if you're interested. July 1 it's available. It's the lower apartment on the corner and the price is pretty close + free eggs.
