OK, so last year I want to say we held the contest late November? Or was it December? When should we do this?

I've heard that there is interest in one event in the Fall and another later in the Winter. What say you?

I would like at least 5 people to commit before I expend the energy putting this thing together, so...

I need five names so I can publicly shame you if you back out.

Stikine footage will have to have at least one booty beer in the video to be in the running.

I need to know if ya'll want to do this in Oct, Nov or December.

That's about it. Thoughts? Comments? Concerns?

I'd say having one event and making it awesome would be better than two. I'd vote for mid November.

I would say a week out before the event so I can reformat or make changes as needed.

I'm shooting for November 21st. Speak now, or forever hold your piece ;)

Tabs was a pretty ideal location last year, do we want to try and abuse that establishment again? Do we want to do this at someones house? Does anyone have a projector/ sound system?

Yes. I would like to have all the videos NLT November 17th, so I can work out all the bugs.

We are still planning on getting together on the 21st for the viewing.
