It's time to renew your Discover Pass... err... a bit past time...

I was ticketed for displaying my expired Discovery Pass to the tune of $99.00. Bastards. The ticket stated that the fine will be reduced to $59.00, if I buy my $30.00 Discover Pass(which really costs $35.00) and show it to the court within 15 days.

I'm going to show up in court with a fist full of old and new passes and ask, as politely as possible, WTF???

Anyways... might want to check the expiration date on your Discover Pass.

Tell the judge he can wipe his ass with the dam passes and see what he says...

I don't expect my conversation with the judge will be quite that intimate.

I am expecting my ticket in the mail any day now.

When the shuttle drivers left my car at Heller Bar they covered up my discover pass while ransacking all the paperwork in my car. My guess is that they were looking for their tip (which was located in the same place they left the key and they somehow managed to miss).

Heading off to Renton for my mitigation hearing.

I've got my fist full of Discover Passes, my ridiculous story and Dave's message for the judge. Am I forgetting anything?

If this gets out of hand, will you guys bail me out?

Thanks in advance.

Nothing like charging rent for public land

Unfortunately when the public is allowed to vote down their own taxes you have to come up with creative ways to pay for public land...

When the public is allowed to vote down their own taxes... hahaha

I erased all my comments before posting in accordance with mothers rule 102. About nothing good to say.

After much legal wrangling, whining, crying, flirting, wild waving around of arms, pointing fingers, rolling eyes, holding my breath 'til I turned purple and otherwise being obnoxious, ridiculous and petty, I managed to get my fine reduced to $25.00. Bastards!!!

The judge seemed to have more questions for Dave.

James, I am terribly disappointed that you quashed your rant. I loves me a good rant. Maybe some other time.

Since you're not incarcerated, does that mean I can't have your boats?

That is funny, that $25 dollar fine probably cost the courts about $5000 or more in the labor required for the court time.
