Alright Boaters! This is it. Right now, most of you are probably taking ice cold showers in your gear, stretching, watching paddlequest, planning your lines and sending out your "ask" to friends and family to support you in your epic efforts because you're already signed up for this years Eddy Flower Vertical challenge.

If you're not signed up, TODAY IS THE DAY! The Challenge starts tomorrow and you still have to warm up so GET SIGNED UP AND GET READY!
