Hi there gamblers, paddlers and WSI supporters!

That's right, Texas Hold Em #9 is coming up. Friday April 16th at George's in Magnolia (Seattle) registration at 6:30 PM, first hand at 7:00 PM. Your $25 suggested donation will score you a chance at this years crop of fun prizes. As usual we will provide the dealers, drinks and munchies. Top 5 players will have their pick at their desired prizes, plus bragging rights. 1st place winner is always reserved a FREE seat at the next tournament!

To register to play, volunteer for this event, or donate a prize, contact us!

Wild and Scenic Institute is a 501 c 3 non profit organization whose mission is to provide free outdoor recreation and environmental education programs to disadvantaged youth of the greater Seattle area. We develop physical and emotional confidence in these youth who due to their physical, cultural, or financial barriers would not otherwise have this opportunity. We take kids into the rivers and mountains of the cascades to help develop the skills and instill the passion that will create a generation of advocates for preservation. Our 2010 spring and summer programs include the Green River Clean Up on May 1st and The Sauk River Hike, Bike and Boat on May 8th. These programs will benefit the homeless teens of Youthcare, disabled youth of south Seattle, ELL (English Language Learners) from the city of Tukwila and disadvantaged kids from around our area. Go to http://www.wildandscenic.org for more information.

If you can not attend Texas Hold Em #9 but would still like to support WSI please mail your donation to PO Box 99011 Seattle WA 98139.
