Expect the pool to be open in roughly a week and  a half. Official dates will be posted in the next few days.

Sorry for being a complete and utter newb..
But how do the pool sessions work? I have nothing in terms of gear/eq, But a really strong desire to learn. And are there any carpools to the pool sessions from the downtown area? (as i'm bus only)

feel free to pm me if your embarrassed or what not to answer on here.

Depending on which pool you go to you may be able to rent equipment from the shop or group sponsoring it. I know Aquasports and SRK both do this. If you ask around someone who is going might be able to lend you gear, a ride.

Hey guys n gals, we are delaying opening the pool to community members at least another pool session.  We have had around 25+ people in the pool each session thus far, inviting the community would not be fun for anyone.  If we have a more reasonable pool session tomorrow night, expect the pool to be open thursday.
