This is the Thompson: Get it while it lasts discussion thread. Please post any questions below.

Remember the actual Trip Details are located on the Thompson: Get it while it lasts | Trip Page

The Thompson is coming down quickly.  The weekend of the 29th/30th will be ideal flows for the frog.

Who wants to carpool?

Just FYI, the flows are being fickle... Right now it is around 500 cms. For the frog your looking for 320 - 460. I am pretty sure if I remember correctly 350 - 420 is prime.

If it gets into that zone you can count me in this weekend.

Flows were good, frog was in.  The right side was really good, the left side was a bit fast - for example - my super star kept getting pushed off, but when I used Nick Hind's 4fun, I was able to stay in.  While the wave does get more retentive at slightly lower flows, the eddy lines were worth while lower down the run.  I'd say it was worth going, but perhaps others (Jeff, Scott, Nick, etc.) can chime in...
