Hey Everyone,
Just a reminder that the premiere party is Friday night 8:30
at the High Dive in Seattle
.   The film includes  Rob's Sunset footage, not to be missed!

$8 dollar cover? WOW! Is willim Shatner hosting this event or something?

I did have a few friends that were going with me, but after they heard how high the cover was they bailed.

What gives? A $4 dollar cover would be more pallatable unless your rich like Leif or your parrents still suppport you...

We are in a depression you know...

Cover is $6, not 8.
Considering that you would normally pay $7-10 on a Friday night at the High Dive, this is actually a really good deal. You're getting to see an awesome movie and three bands.
I think Cody is getting something like 10% of the door for the night, so he's obviously not doing this for the money. Also, I believe the door charge will be refunded if you buy the film.
This is a pretty unique event and I hope everyone comes out to support it and shows what a great kayaking community we've got here in Seattle.

6 is cool... I was born and raised in Seattle and I would never pay 10 to go to the high dive. Nightclubs in vegas don't even charge that much...

You need to get out more Dave and see what things cost nowadays, not circa 1990.

$8 seems reasonable to me for a film and a couple bands.

Great flick, and a fun night.  I really enjoyed the humor in the movie - seems like there isn't much of that anymore in paddling videos.
